All books sold are not refundable, returnable nor exchangeable. For online orders, please note we always check the book set condition before packing and double/triple bubble wrap to provide reasonably expected good cushioning. Unfortunately, we have no control over the way courier companies handle the parcels. Inevitably, a tiny percentage of our parcels will experience some form of tear or dent due to the delivery process by courier companies which is beyond our control. We seek your kind understanding on this matter, should your parcel be one of the "unlucky" ones .

The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Little Bookworm will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund within 5 days after the confirmation.
